Fate/Hollow Wallet
YesAsia pulled through being the only place selling a box of Fate/Stay Night TF!
A little different than my normal purchasing entries, I have a small play-by-play (with photos included) as I opened this lovely treasure in search for the one figure I truly wanted out of the set. Did I succeed or fail? Read on folks to find out.
All 12 boxes. Too bad you didn’t see me drooling with excitement 
It took a lot of willpower not to just rip open all of them at once!
Box 1: Archer. Cool Cool.
Box 2: Sakura. Not bad. Looked like not all of them you had to assemble.
Box 3: Ilya. Damn.. looked like a pain to do (and it was) ^_^;;
Box 4: Sakura… again. Not looking good for me.
Box 5: Ilya… Son of a…
Box 6: Rider without the mask. At least it’s not another double!
Box 7: Rin. Nice. DiGiKerot would be proud.
Box 8: Saber. Sweet. Looks like I have the “complete” set. No Saber in PJs though…
Box 9: Rin again.. argh… Saber in PJs.. come on baby… come on…
Box 10: Saber…! Normal armor… I’m losing hope here… 
Box 11: Rider with mask. Ah the other version. One left… oh man, so not looking good!
Box 12: Saber in PJs!!!! *dances with joy*
The six figures I’ll be keeping, plus one of the Riders (not shown). I really had my doubts about whether or not I would get Saber in PJs but Lady Lucky shined on me at the last second. Overall, the trading figures are pretty nice and on par with the Mai-HiME ones I picked up a week ago. I can see why trading figures are ten times better than the average gashapons (and why you pay more) now that I’ve bought another set of TFs. There need to be more trading figures like these, and hopefully we’ll see some Fate/Hollow Ataraxia TFs by the same company in the near future. I know I’ll definitely be buying those if they ever come out!
The box definitely was worth my $69, being a TYPE-MOON fan and growing figure collector. Hopefully I’ll also be able to sell the extras to get some money back. 
Now only if the other figures I’ve ordered from HLJ would arrive…
$69 for 12 trading figures? I really don’t understand you, moy…
Then again, I don’t collect anything, so all “hardcore” collectors seem pretty crazy to me. Oh well.
Hey, I didn’t realise there were two variations of the Rider figure (and looking in my spares box, I’ve thankfully got both of them). Ilyas jacket is definately a nightmare to attach (I took it off mine to take some pictures and haven’t bothered putting it back on ^^;)
That Saber in PJs is so cute, you just have to love the way she is trying to make herself look tall and busty ^_^
Nuuka, it comes out to 5.75 per figure which is A LOT cheaper compared to if I had bought them at EC. Plus you wouldn’t believe how expensive these figs are if you try to buy them all on ebay! Trust me, I got a decent deal out of these considering how late in the game I came in.

heh, luckee kee. I’m not particularly big on the TF scene as it’s kinda expensive for me and most of the times I’m not that satisfied w/ the quality (one of my main reasons why i never picked up any of the MH ones, though the game-based ones look good, however i’m not a fan of the game designs
). these fate/stay night ones look good and glad lady luck was by your side

Neko, I got lucky and http://www.yesasia.com happened to have them. Unfortunately I think I took the last of the stock they had so…
… your best bet now is to try to buy them on ebay at a decent price.

cyw1988, if you can actually find a place that’ll sell you a box for a reasonable price your chances might be decent. I honestly wouldn’t know if you would get them all or not; I just got lucky.
You probably want to ask someone like DiGiKerot who apparently collects way more gashas/TF than I do. He would most likey know your chances…
… but if you can’t get a box, really the only way is to either buy each TF or buy the whole set on ebay. Ebay prices are a tad high though
i can get a box so wad i am really interested to know is will i get the complete set of 8 in one box??

Either way, if you can get ‘em at a good price I say do it anyways. Even if you don’t get the complete set, the TF are pretty nice to have. A lot better than gashapons
Plus you can sell off the extras on e-bay or something to get some of your money back!

Btw, I’ve heard that the heaviest box is supposed to be Saber (armor). Too bad I can’t find enough places that sell them.

Yes, the heavier boxes are probably Archer, Saber in armor, and Ilya as they requirement some assembly. The other girls are just one straight figure and probably the lightest. So good luck Elowen if you can find places they sell them!
