The great Moy plan to go to Brooklyn Botanic Garden’s Sakura Matsuri 2006 with some of the guys got blasted to dust. Totally. First the usual suspect I drag along, Jan, ends up going to Phily at the last moment to visit his bro. And then Matt, who’s apartment was going to be our base of operations, suddenly gets staffed on a last second project that needs to be completed by the weekend! I could call on the other guys like Linn, Vic, Wai, or James but it’s just not as fun (or stupid) without Jan or/and Matt. I know I could also go alone but it’s so boring that way~! Half the fun of any “adventure” is based on the cohorts with you; Jan and Matt being the best combination for stupid hilarity. Who else would help me look for time travelers, espers, and aliens?

Great legendary plans ruined once again, I ended up somewhat working on haruhiism.com. When I mean “work”, all I’ve actually done is install a pretty cool CMS that I’ll have to play around with later today. I still have no clue what the domain is going to be about but at least I have some type of format I can follow once I figure it out. And “If all else fails, a porn site it shall be” as I mentioned a few days ago on IRC. So expect either a decent Haruhi Suzumiya fansite or raunchy porn site in the next couple of weeks

Wanted: Self Control

Spring is here and along with the seaon comes a sudden urge to spend… a lot. The month of April has been the heaviest hitter so far on my bank account and things aren’t looking any better. Spent way too much considering my pitiful income.

The easiest way to see my finance hell is to look at my current 2006 merchandise list since March of the year. Looking at the list, I’m honestly surprise I have and am saving money still. Miracles like these never cease to amaze me!

… so is this why individuals like him call me their role model? Oi Oi.

I’m Turning Otaku-ese

Along with my Yujin Fate/Stay Night trading figures also came the awesome Cosmic Region Destiny Gundam. I sorry for the horrific photos but I was in a rush at the time. I highly suggest checking out TASTE’s Cosmic Region Destiny Gundam photos instead, as mine do not do the model the justice it deserves. I could probably go on and on about the model but let’s just say I’m very satisfied with my purchase

I actually should have updated a few days ago as I received a few packages which included: Mai-Otome R2 v3 and Idol Scoop book, Magical Girl Rin from Fate/Stay Night, To Heart2 ~colorful note~ manga v1, D.C.S.S. Visual Collection including a 70cm Kotori (in bikini!) stand, Fate/Stay Night R2 v1 + box, Amaenaideyo!! Katsu!! R2 v2, Mai-HiME R1 v1, Yoko Ishida’s “Aka no Seijaku”, KOTOKO’s “being”, and Jukai’s “Anata ga Ita Mori” CD singles. So instead of photographing each item, I present some crappy photos of my room with all current goodies on display (will re-take photos later as camera ran out of battery):
