C72 Illya & Saber Towels
It all started with an email from CDJapan one morning before work. Add in a few moments of hesitation. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until the moyism effect starts. Mix in a few clicks of the mouse plus a hint of a credit card. Wait a few seconds plus an additional 2-3 weeks for extra favor…
… and before one knows it, they too will have the limited edition Comiket72 Illya and Saber sport towels from Fate/Stay Night in their own hands. As a final touch, add in one’s own ingredients to personalize the sport towels to their liking 
I’m not rabid fan of the series, but I think I can (un)proudly say I’m a decent fan if anything else. So it was with little surprise that I ended up buying the towels off of CDJapan after they were announced. Honestly would not have been interested if it wasn’t for those blasted words “limited edition” which seem to get collectors like myself 99% of the time. I don’t have much more to say about the towels as my crappy photos speak for themselves; high quality at a reasonable price lovingly portraying two of the main female cast in summer wear ready for a day at the beach or a nice stroll through the park.
If I were to venture any type of complaint, it would simply have to be why aren’t there any Sakura or Rin towels as well, to complete the set. Not that I could really afford them even if they were available :aorz:
.. and now to figure out where the heck to hang the towels. I’m thinking at least Saber’s but I do want to hang Illya’s as well since hers actually looks better, although it kind of makes me feel like some type of pedophile if I hang it. Plus would give my friends more ammo to joke around with (not that they don’t already have a Gate of Babylon’s worth as is already). Decisions decisions.
Oh BTW, look forward to a few more purchase posts when I get time as I still have a few random items I need to blog about… like this NSFW item for example

Illya’s picture on the towel looks nice. Same with Sabers. God this makes me feel poor.
Wouldn’t mind the same poses of those two on the towels + rin added in with a similar style for a background on my desktop ^^;
The Rondo Robe Sakura and Rin towels came out last spring (along with a Shana one). In fact, Geneon USA even brought them over to the US (a very rare event). You might still be able to find them…
