Minori Chihara – a jewel in a dunghill

11/14/2008

Let me say this straight out: I did not make up the post title but simply took it from this month’s Seigura, which features Minorin as its cover girl! They should, however, shoot the genius who thought of the catch-phrase… seriously, “a jewel in a dunghill”… WTF?

danie~ should be happy with the amount of Minorin and Nana-chan pics abound. And as is my saying everytime I talk about scanning, I hope to get to it sometime soon!

Gotta admit, purple works well with Minorin :D

For the interview, looks like they’re talking about her upcoming 2nd album, “Parade” but moonspeak looks all the same to me (unfortunately)

Only to be that pillow/rug/whatever…! BTW, ordered three copies of “Parade”. Two limited edition “Dream Deluxe” and one regular. Honestly only ordered the regular edition due to the different CD cover but I guess it’s good to have extra just in case something like this happens ^^;;

For the female readers of the blog?

Seems like I can’t get away not posting something about Nana-chan as of late, huh?

Forgot what the above photos are about, but the usual english seiyuu blogs should know ;)

Ryoko Shintani hasn’t been in much as of late now that I think about it.

Skip Beat! main three seiyuus

Seki releasing an album… love the man’s work but a little afraid about this. If I remember, at best he’s a so-so singer but I guess if he chooses songs more in his natural vocal range, his upcoming CD maybe decent?

Aya Hirano training to handle her over zealous fans and haters

Took me a bit to realize the above was about Haruka Tomatsu. I assume the article is about her 3rd single release aka Kannagi’s ED song.

You know the drill with these type of seiyuu info booklets right?

Sample of Ryoko Shiraishi’s Q&A

WHY COULDN’T THIS BE OF MINORIN INSTEAD?!?! ;_;

I have to admit, if anything else, Ryoko Shintani has a constant cute-ish look to her.

    Hahaha even though the catchphrase is positive, it is a little strange. I wonder who thinks of these things in the first place.

    <3 Tomokazu Sugita. =D

    1. A heap of animal excrement.
    2. A foul, degraded condition or place.

    I can’t decide which sounds more ridiculous, jewels in dunghills or “Lovarious” (WTF???)

    I’m a cheapass so that Seigura will come together with the next Pick-up voice in the end of the month. :P

    Nana’s left page is the event in Shinjuku Koma, and the right one is her monthly article.

    …and dammit I thought at least we’re getting a Minorin poster! >_>

    I gotta ask; in a match-up between Nana and Minorin, who would you pick?

    Or has your head already exploded from the difficulty of the question?
