RenAi Blogger - Late to the Game
If it wasn’t for animenano and every other english writing aniblogger in the known universe, I would have totally missed Hinano releasing her game. Seriously, I did not know it came out until the next day when I was checking animenano and saw 10+ posts about it. God I’m really out of the game nowadays aren’t I?
There are way too many reviews, commentaries, etc about Hinano’s game so I’ll just say the following: finished the game in 30 mins (no thanks to being spoiled by reading a few blogs), laughed my arse off the majority of the time at all the in-jokes of various shapes and forms (still think Impz going moe over his game self is frickin’ hilarious), and was pleasantly surprised at how polished it was for a game made only in a few months.
As an ex-avid player of those types of games, I’ll easily admit Hinano did one heck of a job putting everything together. Seriously it felt like playing any other japanese dating sim game but actually understanding what the text says (no guessing at which answer looked good)! Here’s hoping there’s a RenAi Blogger sequel down the line somewhere; LOL if it ends up being a reverse harem with one main female aniblogger as the heroine with a few male anibloggers as her possible love choices. Now that would be awesome (and very very very scary at the same time)!
BTW to prove I beat the game completely (unless there’s some super special ending none of us got yet), here are the caps from the CG Gallery showing ‘em all (I think): 1 and 2. And if you still haven’t downloaded the game yet, I put the PC version up on my site since it was a pain in the royal arse to get it off of sendspace… so enjoy the 95MB download (hope you don’t mind Hinano)!

A reverse harem RenAi Blogger stil wouldnt be as scary as a trap/reverse-trap All-Star version… (Why do I suddenly want to see this one?)

A million thanks, the download link at the Ren’py site and Hinano’s blog were either dead or nonexistant… or I’m just blind ^^;; Thank god for google.
